Falklands: MOD minute ("Military Options for repossession of the Falkland Islands") [draft for 1 May edition] [declassified Feb 2019]

The Military Options paper was regularly updated during the war by the Defence Policy Staff, weekly by the time this particular revision was issued, more frequently when requested. It was considered by the Chiefs of Staff Committee. Ministers seem to have had some access to it - the 1 May edition was apparently considered at Chequers on 2 May for example - although it was not formally circulated to OD(SA).
