Falklands: Weston briefing for Acland ("ODSA: 9am 20 April") [ROEs on High Seas & suggested 48 hour delay of Operation Paraquet while diplomacy continues] [declassified Dec 2012]

The attached paper is probably the one mentioned by Weston in his cover note, but the manuscript amendment is not to be found in it, leaving the matter uncertain.

Acland's annotation shows that the briefing was overtaken by events, the relevant matters having been dealt with the night before.
