Economy: MT letter to Alan Walters (his resignation) [thanks, regrets, explanations] [released Mar 2019]

Dated 'Sunday'; listed as 5 Nov by reference to Turnbill minute for MT, 8 Nov 1989 which refers to Walters calling t No.10 to clear his desk and collecting the letter at the time. The previous Sunday was 5 November. The document is a photocpy on US sized paper. The original is not in the files, nor did MT keep a copy in her files, something that tended only to occur when she handled papers personally.
