An unsigned undated document on 'Europe', written in the first person as if by MT, follows Ingham's briefings on the interview, which perhaps was given to the broadcaster. Possibly Ingham authored it; the annotation at top left is in his writing and appears to suggest it was given to Press Officers (POS) around Whitehall.The interview can be read here.
