Supplied in photocopy form by Sir John, who held it back when the main body of his archive was transferred to the Churchill Archive Centre out of consideration for MT, who was still alive at the time. No copy of the document survives in the Thatcher MSS, very possibly because its recipient destroyed it. See Hoskyns Just In Time (2000) pp332-33 for further discussion. Ronnie Millar came up with the nickname 'Blockbuster'.
