Europe/Bruges speech: MT speaking text (69pp set out for autocue) [late additions in pen] [released Jul 2018]

Handwritten changes in this text seem not to have featured in the text of the speech released to the press. See, for example, coverage of the speech in the Sunday Times on 25 September, which noted tthe absence from their text of her remark "Utopia never comes, because we know we shouldn't like it if it did" (p68).
