The document is unmarked apart from a single cross in the margin next to the comment on p7 that the Italians were very pleased that MT had agreed to promote her contacts at the top level to twice a year. Michael Alexander, her Private Secretary for Foreign Affairs, submitted the document to her and is probably the source of the annotation. |
