              Lunch at Residence
              Bilateral meetings with Prime Minister Haughey and Prime Minister Cossiga at Kirchberg Centre
1700   First Session of European Council in Kirchberg Conference Centre
2000   Dinner given by the President of the European Council for Heads of State and Government at Villa Vauban
              Followed by briefing at Holiday Inn
