Prime Minister

The news about George ThomasGeorge is not good is it?

Mr Moncrieff

The word is buoyant today.

Prime Minister

The word is buoyant today, someone has got Michael Thatchergrandson, it is grandson.

Mr Moncrieff

No, I am talking about George. Yes, the hospital are saying he is buoyant. [end p1]

Prime Minister

Buoyant. Yes, he managed to get over yesterday, we had the unveiling of this picture and we were very worried about him, it was a long day, he had the reception and then the dinner and I thought it was too long for him but I am glad that they will look after him now. It was just too much you know and he had come up from Cardiff too.

It was a lovely picture, June Mendoza does it very sensitively, but she does a real portrait and she gets all the things that are really George into it. I have a copy of it that both of them signed. She is a lovely artist and very sensitive.
